Tyler Bell was our salesman. He was so great! He actually cared about my family and my situation in needing a bigger vehicle. He wasn’t just looking to make a sale. He went above and beyond not only him but the dealership staff was amazing and friendly. We will purchase another vehicle from him and the dealership! This was my best car buying experience I have ever had! I am so happy with my experience and my vehicle!

Car buying is usually such a pain, but Michael Sanford at Alderson BMW made it easy. I had been trying to buy a BMW at another dealership and kept getting the run around, so I called Alderson. We had a deal done in two days over the phone. They are 100 miles from my house and delivered the car to my door. Amazing service. Any future BMW's will be bought from Michael.

Worked with Tyler Bell at BMW in Lubbock for my 4th vehicle purchase. There is a reason Ive purchased 4 vehicles from him. Hes upfront and to the point. As long as Tyler is at Alderson, we will be purchasing our vehicles from him. Alderson is great too. They always treat me with respect and take care of me!

I have had my car for 4 days now, but it took me almost a week to make up my mind on whether to get it or not. Alderson BMW has never pressured me to make a decision or add a whole lot of add-ons to my car. Steve Gist has been very patient and considerate with my situation as a first time immigrant. He presented practical options for my vehicle and even arranged an appointment with Pete so that I can learn more about my bimmer. Along with Michael, they have all worked hard in getting the best deal for my vehicle. It was truly a memorable experience buying my first car here in America with Alderson. I appreciate all their efforts and have already recommended them to my friends. Thanks again Alderson!

Bought a new X3 from Sidney at Aldersons. Because of my large size we went thru several models before deciding on the X3. Sidney was very helpful, even brought over a Mercedes model for us to check out. The whole experience was very relaxed and no heavy sales pressure. Very friendly place would definitely recommend.

I dealt with Sidney Moats and wanted to express that he was amazing, which is still an understatement at best. The whole weekend staff was OUTSTANDING!! Ryan, Art, Brian, Michael. Were truly accommodating and genuinely friendly and upfront. This is the best starting five any team would dream to have and Alderson has em all! I had never bought a car new before. The thought of negotiating with professional negotiators is intimidating. If you look for tips online, a lot of people compare it to getting a root canal. The pages are full of awful negotiating ploys and underhanded tactics that give the bravest man/woman a second thought before stepping in a dealership. That was my frame of mind when I stepped in. I have never been happier to be wrong! Sidney was nice and a pleasure to work with. He did make counter offers but that is expected in a negotiation. I needed time to check with my wife and there were times when I did not want to provide documentation until I have irrevocably decided. He accommodated all of that. He is an asset to Alderson BMW company and he has single handedly made Alderson of Lubbock my first port of call the next time I or anyone I know need a car. We had a great sales experience at Alderson BMW. Sidney Moats was a pleasure to deal with and the transaction was smooth and seamless (as far as car purchases go). I purchased a 2012 BMW X5 from Alderson BMW in Lubbock, TX on April 8, 2015. Scott Bednorz was my salesman and was very easy to work with. I went to Lubbock to drive an X3 to determine if it would be a vehicle I was interested in. After I drove it, I determined it was not what I was looking for. Scott then let me drive a Lexus RX350 and the X5. I liked both vehicles and would have been satisfied with either. However, I was trading in my 2009 Lexus RX350 and thought I was ready for a different ride. So far I have enjoyed the BMW and am expecting to enjoy it for years to come. My wife is enjoying it also and she is glad that I decided on the BMW. I did have a pleasant experience buying this vehicle. There was never any pressure to purchase the vehicle and Scott was easy to work with. I already had financing approved and when they asked if I would like to visit with their financial personnel, they did not pressure me into talking to them when I declined. I would recommend Alderson BMW if anyone is interested in a new or used car and of course I recommend Scott Bednor to help you find what you are looking for. I am expecting excellant service, if and when it is ever needed.

I recently worked with Gary Hays at Alderson and the entire process was the best I have ever experienced buying a car. Great pricing and exceptional service - I know everyone says that, but it really was. My wife was going in for knee surgery and a taillight had gone out, so Gary came by the house, picked up the car, took it to the service department, and delivered it back home by the time she was out of surgery. Just one example of many acts of service by Gary and the staff at Alderson. Call or visit Gary if you are shopping - you won't be disappointed.
