My salesperson, Roger went out of his way to make sure that all of my needs/questions were answered. Consistent Good Service

I drove into the service bay and before I could put the car into park someone was there to greet me and check me in. I did not have an appointment, however I was treated as if I did. It was my plan to leave my vehicle and take the shuttle back to work, as I was on my lunch break. The shuttle was gone for awhile and my plan was falling a part. My service advisor understood my concern, called me a Lyft driver and got me back to work. If that wasn't good enough, he called me another Lyft driver to pick me up when my car was ready AND he found me an online coupon to lower the cost of my service bill! I've been to other Honda dealerships, but this one is, by far, the best one! This is not the first time I've gotten good service here, however this is my first service review. I feel compelled to do this review since this dealership has performed well over time with consistency. It has become a predictable pattern of good business behavior. That being said, my car is old and it is just about time to past it down to my teenager and purchase another. You can bet your bottom dollar that I won't purchase at any of those other Honda dealerships (Honda of Spring, Cleo Bay Honda). Sterling McCall Honda gets my business 100%.

Lied to my face / SMH has lost my confidence

Approved multiple services. Requested focus on brake pads and a flat I filled up myself that morning. Services were quick - totalling $600+. I specifically asked about that tire after services were complete and was told "it was just low on air". Immediately went down the street to another garage and they were able to hand me the nail that caused the flat. Lied to my face. If someone can just lie to your face about the state of the tires when specifically asked, what other lies was I told about the safety of the car I drive every single day, all day long? I guess that 10% off was to save me time and money when I've got a flat on the side of a freeway. I've lost all confidence in Kingwood Honda.

The sales person took us through process of buying a used car and let us close the deal and pay before letting us know we couldn’t even take the car that day. This lack of transparency left us disappointed and not likely to be repeat customers.

My experience at Sterling McCall Honda was incredible. Was looking towards purchasing a new vehicle. Although I was a first time buyer, I felt like I was still treated with respect and with the patience. A regular customer or buyer would be treated with. Not a good experience this time. All of the service people I usually have are always very thorough and professional however Diego was not. Plus he failed to do one of the main repairs I requested, when I brought it to his attention he admitted that he forgot then said it was too late because the service are was already closed. Price paid was fair because I had a coupon, but quotes for other repairs I was told I needed were extreme.
