Upon purchasing a new vehicle last week, the guys who wash the cars damaged the paint on mine quite severely. The dealership management eventually "fixed" the problem but only with multiple visits and eventually having the car partially repainted - leaving me with a new car that already has signs of repair work, degrading the trade in value even further. No alternatives or concessions were offered and even though it was pointed out at time of delivery, the dealer refused to void the sale, leaving me with a car they had damaged but for which I am responsible.
