Yet Another Great Purchase Experience at Moritz Kia Hurst!

Between my parents and myself, we have purchased several vehicles from Moritz Kia Hurst. Most recently, Steve Potter was excellent and helped reserve the vehicle I wanted with the color and trim I wanted. It was delivered earlier than anticipated as well. The tint and everything was done before I did the contract on it allowing me to drive away with it the same day which I did not expect to be able to do.

Great Experience!

The sales associates (Ty Syharath and Sam Trigoni) listen to your needs and won't pressure you into buying something you did not plan to. They offer options but, in the end, allow you to make the decision. And this goes all the way to the finance person (Mike Kennedy).

Excellent Experience

We had a great experience at Moritz Kia Hurst. Our salesman, Rob, was excellent. He met with us and got our name on a Telluride to be delivered in October. In the meantime he received a Telluride sooner and contacted us immediately. We couldn't be happier with our experience withRob. In addition, Finance Manager Daniel Williams was great. He stepped us through the process with no pressure. He promptly had us sign the paperwork and we were ready to take our new car home. Rob gave us a demo of all the features and helped us set up our phones and downloaded the Kia app. Rob followed up with a phone call a day or two later. Excellent experience! Can't say enough good things about our time at Moritz with these two professionals!

Completely positive experience

My salesman Kirk was awesome. He was nice and a fun person to work with, did not pressure me into making any decisions, and was there to answer my questions when they arose. And he let me know as soon as my car arrived on the lot. He is a great salesman, and I would recommend anyone to him and Moritz Kia Hurst. Also, the finance manager Amir was awesome as well. I felt no pressure at all to purchase any of the add-ons offered in his area. He was nice and fun to talk to as well. Overall it was such a completely pleasant experience, and quite the opposite of what I had been expecting. I'm so glad I chose Moritz Kia Hurst to visit, and then purchase my car from.

Keenan was very friendly. Found the exact car I wanted. Fair pricing and fast car buying experience. Person in finance was very friendly. Explained all warranties and what they entail to us. We even got free lunch after sale was complete!

Martin Souvannakane is an outstanding service advisor, great communicator and very detailed with his explanations and reasons for a suggested/recommended service task. I have owned four Kia's and Martin is the BEST service advisor I have had, not to mention the ONLY service advisor that truly cared about his customer's cars as well. He listens to me as a customer and acknowledges the money factor as well. I followed Daniel (finance manager) to Kia Hurst and met Martin. I am a forever Kia Hurst customer BECAUSE of Daniel and Martin!

Samuel promptly communicated with our family throughout the ordering process. He remained calm, patient and professional while I anxiously awaited the arrival of my 2022 Telluride. We are very happy with our new ride and recommend working with Samuel at Moritz Hurst Kia. The Finance Director did not return our Credit Union loan officer's calls. However Charwick, in the Finance Dept, did take good care of us upon arrival and communicated well with our Credit Union.

One of the most positive buying experiences I have ever had. I didn't get the high pressure sales tactics I had come to expect. Everyone there seems to really love their job; that says a lot. Great place, great people. Lifetime warranty on engine/transmission on all used vehicles as long as you own the car. The Moritz Promise. Google it!

We have now purchased 3 vehicles from Moritz Kia of Hurst. One pre-owned and 2 new. Our salesman, Kirk Potter, is great to deal with and the finance manager, Charwick Reed, was great as well. We felt they were very fair in our trade-ins, better then most dealerships, and very fair on the pricing of their vehicles. Couldn't ask for more!

The whole process was made super easy and efficient by my sales rep (Steve Potter). He was flexible enough to find several possible vehicles, work a great deal, and communicate with me through text and email to get the paperwork going. From my first phone call to showing up and paying, Steve was great! Attentive, responsive, funny, and very willing to help. This was the best car buying experience I've ever had at a dealership.
