Excellent customer service; prompt, courteous, willing to negotiate. Best experience I've ever had with a dealership. I had an Edmunds TMV evaluation on the 2013 ES 350 and a KBB evaluation. I received about $2K off of MSRP for a vehicle with the Navigation System; about $1k less than Edmunds TMV.
