Added fees that I didn’t even know about, never coming here again. They added 9,256 dollars on fees 5,269 I didn’t even know, once they took 1 week to send me all the receipts I realized. Unbelievable

This is one of the few dealerships where the service writers really do look out for you. I drive past four different dealerships in the Houston metroplex to go to this one over 45 minutes away most the time it takes closer to an hour because of the treatment that I receive. When David, my underwriter says he recommend something I take it at value from a trusted source. He has never let me wrong.

My 1st time getting car maintenance done at Sterling McCall Ford. My service advisor Andrew Britton was professional and personable. He offered me the Works maintenance package that consists of oil change, tire rotation and a multipoint inspection for a reasonable price. Got my car back in a timely matter, I appreciate the complimentary car wash. My car runs like new after the oil change.

Once again another greeat Another awesome service experience! David from the service department was absolutely great. He kept me updated throughout the entire oil change process, letting me know the status of my vehicle. Once the car was ready, David took the time to sit down with me and explain what they found wrong. He prioritized the problems that needed to be addressed, from the most important to the least important. I told him I'll be back soon to take care of them. I've been going to this dealership since I bought my car with 40k miles on it, and now it's at 135k miles. They've maintained my car all these years and it still runs like new. They really know their stuff and go the extra mile to keep their customers happy. Thanks, guys! Be back soon.

I can’t thank Andrew enough for everything he’s done! I brought my vehicle here due to a recall and a few other things and he was very communicative and let me know everything that was being done! He would check in with me before anything was done to make sure it was ok to proceed and I’m so thankful for that! I even got a complimentary car wash! Replacing rear tail lights

After calling 5 other places in Houston Orlando in parts at sterling McCall had everything I needed to replace my stolen tail lights. He held the parts for me till i got over there. Service was just as good. The had everything together in less than 25 hours.
