Turned out to be drive belt tensioning components and a dilapidated meat shield component that were causing the issue! They worked together to get the fix done and… I am most appreciative! Well done team - if it’s working to spec - I’ll hold onto the old girl! Much appreciated ! 👍 Mr. Antonio Morgan’s his mechanic correctly diagnosed my problems and have replaced (Mr. Honda’s parts to illeviate my concerns !It's fantastic to hear that you had such a positive experience with us! Was very pleased with the service and information they provided in regards to other issues they noticed while checking my mothers vehicle.Most… importantly, I did not feel pressured nor did they press the issues to be resolved.They prioritized in regards to order of importance which gave me complete clarity. I will definitely be going back to get the repairs done and will continue to be a customer.It's great to hear that you had a positive experience regarding your mother's Acura TL inspection issue! Every time I bring my 2020 Acura RDX for service to this particular dealer its a total nightmare. If thats the customer service… they offer I would recommend take your vehicle to a different dealership. The tech who worked on my car sent me videos, which was helpful. I definitely plan on coming back If I had one small… piece of constructive criticism, it would be to renovate the service area. Mr. David Gilbert was very helpful, attentive and went way above in my opinion to help take care of my… issue. Although this is an Acura dealership, I bought a toyota for my daughter that she badly wanted from Acura. I found most times you should and would have to take to the Toyota dealership to get serviced to my disappointment and would have been out of my way as well as me being pressed for time because of personal things I was going thru. Mr. Gilbert was simply AMAZING in helping me out with this issue. He has really restored my faith in humanity and is truly one of a kind. I definitely will be purchasing my next vehicle from this location and has already bragged to family and friends. Thank you Mr. Gilbert and most of all thank you Acura for employing such a wonderful person to service your customers.We are very happy to hear that we were able to provide you with an enjoyable experience. Unsatisfied with how my car was handled
by AkikoTanaka on 04/05/2024Check in process and updates were good. But i brought my caar which had battery issue, was kept on idling and engine was not turned off when I picked up my car. I am very concerned this new battery got damaged. Left like that for 90 min. No… cost for me for tow and battery exchange but i was not offered to have my car to drop off at work or have pick up which they have at other Acura.Thank you for your feedback about this, and I apologize for any inconvenience you faced. They did great job in my opinion I won’t hesitate to come by… again.(But I wasn’t too pleased with their car wash service I had lots of water streaks on my windows).Thank you for sharing your experience with us! Unexpected car repairs

I felt very comfortable and relaxed as my car was in the shop for several days. He set up loaner… car and I lost no time away from work!!! I highly recommend Justin and Sterling McCall because of the time he took with me. Making sure I felt confident about repairs. Since they were major repairs. BlackSwan, my RDX, LOVES THE REPAIRS!!
