So Bad

onThey are under new management, so maybe this has improved. Main issues were things not fixed right the first time, several returns, had to miss a day of work!! because of their do overs and when I complained I got the cold shoulder, even when I took my complaint to the service manager (outright rude) AND the guy over him (absolutely patronizing). It was the "little lady in a tizzy" response. Maybe if I were male, 6' 4" tall and 225, they'd listen, or at least ACT like they cared. AWFUL. Was contemplating a Honda and a Mazda purchase (2 cars) and won't EVER set foot on their show room or in their service department again.
