Phenomenal People!

Flew in from Kansas to purchase a vehicle from Patrick and Jason. I couldn’t have been more pleased working with these gentlemen. They are honest, friendly, and were straightforward. Absolutely one of my best car buying experiences. I highly recommend Momentum BMW!

Recall Campaign handled well by the Mini dealership

My 2014 Mini Cooper S Hardtop was brought in for service related to recall campaign. The Service staff handled me and my car quite well. A loaner Mini was provided for my use. The experience was satisfying.

Michael Morado, in the service department, did an excellent job keeping me informed, The body work was superb. I trust Momentum on the Southwest Freeway to work with the insurance company and rental car company to ensure that I am comfortable while they are working on my car. Great art of Customer Service

I was greated from the very start with a smile. I got Ryan as my advisor. He pulled all the information my car had and informed me of the services I needed for my car. It was time to replace a battery which is good I dont want to get stuck. He told me about my upcomming services which I elected to go ahead and get out of the way. Time is very valuable to me that is why I like comming here. He got me a ride to work and had me picked up in the afternoon. I was suprised that the car was so clean when they finished with it. I will be asking for him in the future

Treated like family

My 2012 Cooper clubman was purchased with help from salesperson Brian B. Buying with Brian was such a pleasure! I am now considering upgrading to a countryman and wouldn't consider doing business elsewhere. I was treated like family by Brian and would like to feel I have returned the kindness. I am a nurse and helped mentor his daughter after she graduated from nursing school. The family at momentum is great, come join us.

Maintenance Plan/Warranty Plan

Funny how the Mini dealership I went to for Service in another state said everything my car needs is covered with my plans except tires but at Momentum I have all these "extras" that are needed and cost a lot of $$$$. Never going back.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a new Mini Clubman S from Momentum Mini this past weekend. My salesman Alex Ferreris was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and polite. He made the entire purchasing process enjoyable. It was like I was dealing with an old friend. I felt extrememly welcome by the entire dealership. Battery Problem

We replaced the battery in our 2006 Mini Cooper on July 25, 2008. It was supposed to have a two year warranty. The battery died again this week (Oct 5, 2009). Momentum Mini refused to honor the warranty saying we did not put enough miles on the car. You heard that right, not enough miles on the car (about 6,000 per year). It cost a little over $300 for the new battery and labor. This is our second Mini both purchased from Momentum. It will be our last.

Momentum Service Excellent

I have a 2004 Mini from this Momentum dealer and the service department is superlative. The group has always been cordial, thorough and conscientious, and meticulous in the work they do. The warranty on a Mini is quite a good one and the service department is even better.
