I am the wife of the person to whom this survey was addressed, the co-owner and principle operator of the vehicle. I am also the person who worked most closely with salesmen. As the purchaser of several vehicles during the many years I’ve driven, this experience was one of the most stress-free I’ve ever had. I usually equate buying a new car with having a root canal but not this time.
