Advantage BMW of Midtown - Service review

We had our 2016 X3 serviced yesterday at at Advantage BMW of Midtown service event for some repairs that had been identified at a previous service event. Our service advisor was Eduardo who has been taking care of us for over 5 years. Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. The SUV was done when promised and they even washed the vehicle and installed a new tire that we had previously purchased for no charge. The price discount associated with the service event provided a significant savings that we really noticed and appreciate!! The peace of mind that comes from knowing that we receive quality BMW parts installed properly by a BMW technician is a big part of the value proposition for us! Keep up the great service Advantage BMW of Midtown!! 😁😁😁

Excellent service

I've been taking my cars here for 6 years now and have always been happy with the excellent service they provide. Scheduling an appointment is very easy and the check in and check out process is very efficient. Barry Thomas, my service advisor, is great! He always explains everything up front, and provides updates throughout the day as my car gets serviced. I have not had any issues with the work they have performed on my cars. I highly recommend!

Seized Engine Repair

From the very beginning of having my car towed to the dealership, my service advisor Jerry Ward was very professional and friendly. I brought my car in for diagnostic testing as I was unsure of the issue. Jerry made me feel like he had everything under control and would get it taken care of no matter what the reason found. Upon hearing my engine seized I was a nervous wreck, hurt, and depressed for a day or two. However, Mr. Ward made it seem as I had only chipped a nail and it was such an easy fix. I received a loaner, the communication on the time frame of when the car would be complete, the cost, and all other questions I had were answered in a timely manner. My service advisor made me feel as if I was the only customer, however, I could see all of the bays were completely filled, with cars over flowing in the parking lot! Thank you Mr. Ward and Advantage BMW for taking care of me and my car! :)
