RAM 2500 Check Engine Light

Check engine light came on. Called Polk Dodge service and they were able to get me in for diagnostics same day. They provided multi-point check and found three issues. Repairs were completed within a week. Fast and friendly. Highly recommend.

I’ve been taking my Ram 3500 here since 2014. Even though I moved over an hour away, I still make the drive to Gainesville because of the quality of customer service here. Super friendly and professional, and I have complete confidence in the quality of work.

Great service

Called in to get warranty work done on my Jeep and talked to Jacob and was expecting tonget told that there is a 6 week or more wait like I habe been told by other dealers. But I was wrong Jacob told me that I could bring it in right away and it would be done in 1 day. Dropped it off on a Monday evening and picked it back up on Tuesday with no issues or any extra stuff trying to be sold to me. Over all experience with the Glen Polk family is awsome (Chevrolet and Jeep.) I will be back and recommend them to everyone that ask. Thanks for doing right

Glenn Polk is the best. My service manager Randy is great. He is very professional and knowledgeable. They keep the maintenance on my truck up to date. They answer any and all questions I might have. I don’t live really close so I really, really appreciate that they can shuttle me back and forth. I would give them more than 5 stars if possible.

Professional guidance on our Truck purchase

Les is extremely professional and helpful. We were in a bind. Our son attends college in Texas, he competes in College Rodeo in 3 events and is a Pro Rodeo cowboy. The truck he had was looked at by 5 mechanics and they could not find the problem. The driveline fell out, blew through the transfer case and shattered it, ruined the transmission and a lot of other damage. Blessed he was not hurt and it did not hit his trailer loaded with his 3 horses. We were unsure of how to get him a truck as we live in Wyoming. After contacting a friend who buys from Les, I gave him a call. After about a week of looking and calls and asking him questions, we felt very comfortable getting a truck with him. Yesterday our son picked up the 2023 Ram 3500. We just want people to know if you are looking for a Truck, Les Graham is your guy. Thank you Glenn Polk Auto Plex!
