Horrible experience

Based on my interaction this morning with: Crest Cadillac, Frisco Texas 75034 A Berkshire Hathaway Company Service Director Mr. James Freel. Mr. Freel came off as a pitiful representative of the Cadillac brand as well as The Berkshire Hathaway Company immediately. Brief explanation: I had confirmed my 2022 Escalade recall repair with a loan vehicle for the duration of repair in advance of my appointment. I received an email from James Freel confirming it. Again, appointment and loan vehicle need was confirmed via email by service director, Mr. James Freel. It even said he would be reaching out to me prior to my appointment, which he never did. Today I arrived at my scheduled 10:30am time slot only to be told by the service rep, a nice guy named Greg that no loan cars available and it’s 7 weeks out for a recall repair with loan vehicle. No other options it’s supply in demand he said. I was let down and upset. I explained to Greg that the Service Director emailed me confirming my appointment and loan car need. I asked to speak to the Service Director Mr. James Freel. I sat waiting for a good amount of time outside Mr. Freels office for him to become available. While waiting a nice manager came up to offer to assist me but I turned him away because I wanted to explain my frustrations to the person who actually communicated with me and was responsible for the mishap. Finally I was called in what seemed to be the principals office. I politely asked if James could come out to meet me in the lobby versus his office as there were several people gathered in his office just prior and with lingering covid strains and a low immune system I opted for an open space chat. It was like dragging an animal out of a cage, he was angry, cranky, unprofessional, defensive and refused to acknowledge my consumer complaint. He then ridiculed me about my covid concern and refused to let me approach him to show him the email he said he didn’t know he send. He got up and ran around the chairs and coffee table saying quote “ I thought you had covid concerns” in a smirky tone. Unbelievable! Rather than listen he grew frustrated with his own service shortcomings and said to me And I quote.. “How about we just send you away and not work with you?” I replied that I didn’t feel that would be the best decision. Besides the juvenile drama he essentially made his problem my problem. My experience at Crest Cadillac was a 360 from my buying experience. For that reason I won’t recommend or shop here in the future. Because of one employee named James Freel. Mr. James Freel falls far below the standards expected in his particular profession. These are my expressed opinions and are based solely on my individual interaction with Crest Cadillac Frisco Texas - A Berkshire Hathaway Company Not Recommended

Great Service Advisor

All was great as expected. Great staff. One problem that appeared is that the ZanTec was applied over some residual bird poop. Must have been a short tech and did not see the bird poop on the front roof edge.

Thanks to a great Service Team, specially to Gene Reeves, I was In & Out very quickly with a loaner... it was actually amazing, as the dealership had no power (electricity, internet, etc), but the team pulled it off!!! Thanks!

When you first arrive at Crest, everybody is very nice, and eager to assist! They have the very best service department I've EVER encountered. As always, Randy Nabors is their BEST asset! Randy is always "professional" in all he does for the customer, he's polite, helpful, and most of all, "a man of his word"! I will continue to bring my business to Crest because of him! Loyalty begets loyalty!

Outstanding Service!

SOR updates and new Tires

Had 3 SORs taken care of, fuel injection clean performed and new tires installed. Greg was very informative about recommending tire replacements. The Vogue V tires are very quiet and the ride is very nice. Plus the cost savings is great!
