Outstanding Sales Team: RX350 SUV

I have nothing but praise for the sales and finance teams. The overall car buying experience is often fraught with with its fair share of challenges; however, this recent purchase is the exception. I experienced no such high-pressure sales tactics, and time insensitive sales agents, who were very receptive and accommodating. In fact, every person with whom I came in contact exceeded my expectations. Much gratitude to Tony B., Rob Z. (Sales Team) and Harry S. (Finance). Your personalized and customer-centered approach was exemplary!

A wonderful experience buying my new ES350

I have purchased many new vehicles over the years but this was the first time I actually enjoyed shopping for a car. This Lexus store just felt warm and inviting compared to when we bought our last Lexus elsewhere.

A phone call would be nice

I had bought a vehicle the dealer a few years ago and decided to upgrade to a new one. Too bad they never called me back, so I went with their competitor in Grapevine. After they had requested my contact info, so the sales manager, Gina C., could call me, I got a call a week later. However, I had already purchased from their competitor. Unbelievable. Even worse, my friend had the same thing done to him a week later. No phone calls, another missed sale. I had no such issues with this dealer a few years ago; however, things have changed. I will never consider buying a vehicle from Sewell again. Such a disappointment now.
