Wish that they would call me

I have been trying to buy a Chevy Spark EV for a week and a half but no real response from the dealership or Lester their sales manager. Seems like a bit of communication yes or no would be polite.

They should be selling Yugos, not Cadillacs...

At least that's how our shopping experience went. Went in to buy a Cadillac XTS, the paperwork was completed on Saturday, the salesman said the car would be ready by Monday (he indicated that he wanted to make sure the car was nicely detailed). Come Monday, the car was sitting in the same spot that we left it on Saturday. The salesman never bothered to get the car into the service bay for its make-ready. 1 hour of waiting, and we finally get the car. When we get the vehicle, we noticed 2 valve stem covers missing, to which the dealer takes two off of an Escalade to put on our XTS. Then, inside the vehicle, there are a few dirty spots that didn't get cleaned. So we contact the dealer to have them address the spots they miss. They keep the car for SEVEN DAYS, and then when we get the car back, there's a small scratch on one of the fenders. The dealer tells us that the scratch was already there. Never mind that the dealer has had the car a total of NINE days out of the ELEVEN DAYS that we've owned the car, they claim that we put the scratch on the fender. So much for the "Cadillac buying experience", more like a "Yugo buying experience".

Pleasant Experience

I have purchased an ATS and SRX from this dealer within the last 6 months. I highly recommend this dealer and my sales person ( Mike K.) very polite and has a good deal of knowledge about vehicles.
