onmy experience: I was greeted with professionalism, the time it would take to perform the task was described and I received offers for transportation if needed. I chose to wait in the lobby where I enjoyed a hot cup of coffee and a movie until my vehicle was complete. Due to the nature of the dealership (Very Clean and comfortable) it seemed like I just sat down when they were calling me to get my vehicle.

Staff is unprofessional and worst experience at Chevy.

onYesterday my fiancé and I had the worst experience here. Starting from the first day we got the car, frank was our salesperson. Nice but a bit insincere, his approach wasn't a real one. He asked how can he help us, we simply told him we were looking for used cars. At first he showed us the cars available. Not asking for of information, documents such as proof of income, proof of adress, credit check etc. He just showed us the car, and he showed us the car we really loved and we even took it for a ride around the dealership. At this point im attached to this car. It was just beautiful. Brand new great mileage the woke package. After our mini excursion we went back to the dealership so that he can process our information AFTER we picked the car. Red flag, When buying a car, the salesperson job is to collect information firsthand and see what is available within our budget and income and more importantly what we approve for. Too bad that was done backwards. Continuing, after falling in love with Chevy sonic 2016 It took forever to go through the process. Which is understable. I would say it took about 10 hrs total. We came in at 11am and left the place at 9pm He was going back and forth with us, I was ready to give up because imagine being in an dealership that long and hearing back to back we approve but then we don't approve. We didn't have the full downpayment so he agreed to negotiate a payment arrangement to have it paid the 3rd of march. He checked to see if we approve for the car. We ended up not getting approved out of the 8th time because the banks were telling him no. And that we needed to put more of a down payment around 2,000. We were only able to put down $1000 so he tried again. He said 10 times in a row, I'll be right with you. The bank should approve, Just one second, it'll be quick and nothing was being done for the past 5 hours. At this point I wanted him to stop sugar coating us and let us know if we really qualify or not. Finally, he negotiated with capital one bank and said we had the car. Congratulated us gave us keys. And applied us to an affordable car insurance. After 10 hours of waiting, we finally have our dream car and went straight to the financing office. We met Luis. Luis went over every single document for leasing the car. We read every line. During the agreements we were told that everything was finalized and that we are responsible for the car and it's payments especially myself since I co-signed. Week number two of having the car, frank harassed us, insisting more information. At this point it was getting out of hand because he kept calling and asking for our proof of adress and income. We showed him everything he asked for. Question is... why ask for more after we signed everything back at the dealership ? Next week, he still asked for more information. Ridiculous. The other half of the down payment was due Friday march 3rd we headed east and brought it to the dealership. Franc called me after I had went in the next day told me he forgot to tell me to sign the check (last payment of the downpayment) so he showed up to my apartment in one of the cars from the dealership to get me to sign the check on a Tuesday. I couldn't believe what was happening. Complete disbelief and fed up. A few days after, we had an appt coming up to fix the speedometer. We headed there and got a call from frank AGAIN saying he needs our w-2 forms. He asked if we go to financing and from there, we talked with Luis. He told us we were we no longer have the car because the bank didnt approve our income. Are you kidding me? Why wasn't this discussed prior to us signing documents and already having the car?! It's been three weeks of having the car and now we don't approve ?? it's very screwed up how they did us dirty. Knowing we had signed all the paperwork and went through everything. This has been by far the worst experience . People there don't know what they're doing and most of all not professional. I advise you guys to go someplace else. This place is NOT the place to get a car.

onI just purchased a 2016 Equanox on Tuesday 6-21-16 and had scheduled for my vehicle to be detailed on 6-23-16 but the sales men called me to reschedule for 6-25-16 instead because supposedly he was going out of town so I agreed, so 6-25-16 I arrived at 8:00 a.m. he said it would only take four hrs. for the detail and gas up my vehicle so I show up at 1:30 p.m. and they tell me that my vehicle is not ready to come back at 3:00 p.m. so I leave and I come back at 3:30 p.m. and they tell me that they just need to gas it up, so I wait and wait until I got fed up of waiting so I asked again, what is taking so long to gas up? Does It take a whole day to gas up a vehicle? 4:00 p.m. comes around and I really blew out some steam in front of customers and all the sales men. I decided to just leave the dealer without my new vehicle.
