New luxury vehicle purchase at Jaguar dealership

Just purchased an F-type and everything went very smoothly. I walked in one morning and the same day I drove away with a beautiful white F-type. A very clean dealership here in El Paso.

Poor initial contact with potential customer

Few days ago I went to the local Jaguar dealer. Upon entering the showroom, only 1 person asked me if I needed help. I said that I was just looking. In reality I've been thinking of buying a Jaguar and was really curious about the customer service. After spending some minutes looking around, I asked who appeared to be the deealer manager about the window sticker for a Jaguar XK Portfolio they had in display. The car had the windows lowered thus I couldn't see the sticker. He said to me that the sticker was attached to the window but didn't move from his desk to offer to show it to me. I kept loking around and there was another salesperson looking at a computer who didn't even acknowledge my presence. After 10 minutes I left the dealer convinced that they were not interested in helping me. I guess they sell lots of expensive cars every day thus they don't really care if you need help or not. Too bad. I am taking my money to another local dealer (Mercedes, BMW, Lexus, etc). They demonstrated to me what to expect in terms of customer service.
