James Wood Buick Chevrolet GMC Denton

I purchased a Certified Pre-Owned 2013 Chevrolet Avalanche this month (Feb '14) from James Wood in Denton. Ed M., my sales manager, was superb. I went in to purchase a different vehicle than what I ended up with and that was a very good thing. I had told Ed in the first few discussions that I wanted a particular vehicle color but they didn't have anything in inventory to match. Despite this, I went forward with my B choice because I felt a purchase from the dealer would be far better than the stand alone car lot I was looking at down the road. Ed went above and beyond and the day I was going to buy the B choice, he ended up securing the exact vehicle I wanted in the 11th hour. He could have simply sold me what he had and moved on to the next sale but he didn't. He was working for my benefit and that was impressive. Pre-sale service was exceptional (let me drive home with the truck, 35 miles away to try it out), purchase process was orderly and professionally executed at each step and post sale support has been as good as it gets. I will be coming back to JWC Denton for all my truck buying needs. Thanks Ed, you deserve a bonus!
