I would highly recommend this dealership. My salesperson was Mark, and he was very accommodating. I reached out to the dealership about a particular vehicle and it was everything that had been advertised. I live about 50 miles away from the dealership, but it was well worth the drive. I also was very impressed with Chris my finance guy. Overall my experience was great!

I just had the most awesome experience buying a Ford F-150 from Mark Edwards at Blake Utter Ford in Denison, Texas. Mark found me the right truck at the price that I was looking for and got the loan approved through Chad in the finance department who was great to work with as well. I'll never buy anywhere else.

I just upgraded to a 2017 Ford F150 XLT with all the bells and whistles. The sales person, Brad Kerrigan was great, well informed and a great help. The price I received was great. All of the folks I met and worked with (Nancy at the front desk, Brad in Sales and Chris McClour, finance) were great and helped me feel at home. Just great folks altogether and a great deal.

Unbelievably amazing car buying experience. I am so glad I found Mark Edwards and Blake Utter Ford. It was a long trip (2 hours round trip). I saved several thousands of dollars. The price just part of it.I didn't have to go round and round with a sales guy running off to the deal maker pit. It was here's our price and this is who we are. Blake Utter Ford treats you fairly, gives you their best price upfront, then delivers with service that I have never seen before. Mark had my paperwork, truck washed and filled up waiting on me. I would definitely recommend Mark and Blake Utter Ford.

Blake Utter Ford made me feel right at home during my experience of buying a jeep. Mark Edwards was my salesman and did a fantastic job of getting everything I needed from lunch to an affordable car I could enjoy. Everyone in the dealership went above and beyond to make buying a car an enjoyable experience and not a dreaded one. They even made a road trip to Durant to bring me a set of tires. How is that for service!!

Mark Edwards went above and beyond in helping me with my purchase of a new Ford F150. Utter Ford did not have the truck I wanted in stock and Mark spent a couple of days and finally located one. He also got involved in the negotiations and I thought he and Utter treated me with respect and gave me a great deal. Would highly recommend Mark and Blake Utter Ford!

I got a fusion from Robert Powell almost 2 months ago and I absolutely love it. It drives great and I'm really happy with it. Robert was awesome while helping me find what vehicle I needed. He was very knowledgeable and definitely lead me to exactly the perfect vehicle. I'm so thankful that I went to Blake Utter and got to work with Robert Powell. Friendly Service and a Good Price

While searching the internet for a used Ford Edge, I found one that interested me listed with Blake Utter Ford. I phoned about the vehicle and talked to Ms. Terri Irby, Internet Sales Manager. Ms. Irby was very polite and got me in contact with a salesman,Mr. Robert Powell. Mr. Powell answered the questions I had about the car. After this discussion, I agreed to come and test drive the car. Due to some scheduling issues, I was not able to meet the appointment time that I had scheduled with Mr. Powell. He was very understanding and had the car waiting for the wife and I to examine and test drive when we arrived. Mr. Powell was very friendly and helpful in completing our transaction. I would recommend him and Blake Utter Ford to anyone looking for a new or used car.

It wa such a pleasure to work with Mark Edwards. Most of our discussions were over text, which was very convenient for me. Every time I sent a text or called, Mark responded right away, even when I knew it was his day off and he was golfing! I would definitely buy a car from Mark and Blake Utter ford again.

2016 Ford Fusion

Went to Blake Utter Ford to Buy a car I Had checked out online for my granddaughter. I was greeted outside by Robert Powell and he had the car ready for me to test drive. The car was just as it said ob the internet and I was happy to purchase it for my granddaughter. Robert Powell was a delight to do business with. Hie has the personality everyone loves to meet. You feel like you have known him all your life and he makes sure you are comfortable and gets you anything you need. Chad the finance manager was also a delight. Both of these men went above and beyond for me. I will always remember my wonderful experience there and I will definately do business with Blake Utter Ford again

This was the first time I have dealt with this dealership and would definitely recommend to anyone. My salesman Robert Powell was very helpful to get my payments where I wanted them. When finalizing the deal Chris McClour was very good about going over all paperwork before I left the dealership. My wife and I are very satisfied and are very happy we got the vehicle we wanted.

Perfect Car Buying Experience

Blake Utter Ford is the perfect place to buy a new vehicle. If there were more than 5 stars for the review I would do it. I have been looking for a certain style of F-150 for a while. I stumbled across the pickup I was looking for at Blake Utter Ford. I called the dealership and spoke with Kit Staton. He was over the top professional and answered all of my questions. I live down in Houston, when I got serious about purchasing the truck, he pulled it off of the lot with no questions asked. The next day I drove up to Denison, Kit had the truck detailed, gassed up, and waiting for me. During the car buying process, the manager, Bill Smith made sure to go out of his way to introduce himself and made sure everything was going smoothly. Lastly I met with Chris McClour, who put the finishing touches on the paperwork, and went out of his way to make sure everyone was happy with the financial part of the buy. I was out of there in less than an hour! They are a very professional and courteous staff. If you are looking for a smaller dealership, that acts like a big dealership, and treats you like family, look no further than Blake Utter Ford.

Don't take the risk!

Went to look at a car there specifically asked how the transmission was on the Focus. Robert told me there was a recall on the car but that was done and there should be no issues. Sale price $8900 total with TT&L $9712.45 paid in cash, less than 500 miles later TRANSMISSION FAILURE! Took car to Blake's service dept. for repair assumed was just bad timing on trans asked Robert if they would allow me the $8900 for the car if I purchased a new vehicle from them; answer NO they would allow me $7500. Week later got car out of shop wrote a review on Ford website sales manager called wanted to talk when we returned from a trip. Withing 300 miles of our trip TRANSMISSION FAILURE! Had car repaired at Ford dealer in Missouri, they informed me the cars transmission had been worked on a few times before I purchased the car not just for a recall. Went to speak to sales mngr he claimed he wanted to resolve the problem said he would call me in a few days. A week later I called him, he had been swamped and hadn't had time to look but would now and he would call me in 2 days. 4 days later I called him again. The sales mngr solution is to now allow me $8900 towards the purchase of another vehicle. Hmmmmmm NOWAY AM I THROWING GOOD MONEY AFTER BAD!

Just purchased a pre-owned vehicle from this dealership. I was fortunate to have Mark Edwards as my salesman. He proved to be one who listens carefully to the needs of the customer, responding to those needs and being genuine in his capacity to meet or not meet those needs. I've had extensive experience in purchasing and trading vehicles and Mark's approach is refreshing and engaging. At no point did I feel any pressure or tactical maneuvering from this dealership. Mark is an excellent model of an experienced professional who focuses on genuine and authentic relationships to help someone searching for a vehicle. Being new to the area, I knew no one and needed someone like Mark to assist me in finding the right vehicle. I had specific needs, particular to my current life stage. Mark cut through the confusing market of available options and focused on the targeted choice that would help me specifically.
