Fantastic Customer Service

Honestly, I've never written a review for a company I didn't purchase from, but I was seriously blown away by the experience with Sewell and wouldn't hesitate to buy from them in the future. I called them on the phone to request more information about one of their certified pre-owned inventory and Brian, their internet guy, was kind, courteous, and was even willing to discuss price, details, and more on the phone. There was no pressure to come in, but he invited me to do so to take a further look. He did a visual inspection of the car for me before I made the trip down and told me it would be out and ready to go when I got there. I couldn't go to the dealership until many hours later and told him as much. He said "absolutely no rush, whenever it's convenient." I received a followup call later from the salesman that was going to take care of me. Sadly, at that point, I was already in a different dealership about ready to sign paperwork on another vehicle I found. Even when I told them as much they were still kind and courteous. I could tell they wanted to earn my business, would have taken care of me, and would have given me a world class experience. The dealership I bought from was a close second and my sales guys at that dealership even used to work for Sewell. I'm certain Sewell is second to none.

EXCELLENT SERVICE!! NO COMPLAINTS HERE.

I bought a 2010 RX 350 Certified in 2013 and service could not be better. Staff are all extremely friendly and courteous, and loaner cars always available. Most of the service has been routine maintenance, but some warranty work was done. One battery was replaced at no charge. Period. Some might think their prices are high, but not out of line for a dealership using genuine Lexus parts. My car will be serviced at Sewell until I trade it in at Sewell, and that car will be serviced at Sewell.

Treated Me Like a Queen

Salesman Russell Young made an experience I was approaching with trepidation into an exciting and fun one. He let me take the car to my mechanic for inspection, plus let me take it home for the night so I could take it directly there in the morning. That's an extended test drive! He handled the transaction efficiently, was very friendly and solicitous of me (I'd had a head injury in my car wreck--someone ran a red light). Asked if I wanted coffee, tea, water, showed me where the restrooms were. Helped me return my rental car, pointed me toward the gas stations. Had the car prepped, washed, gassed up. The list goes on and on. Gave me a rock-bottom deal on a car I am so glad to own! I can't say enough good things!

Good car buying experience

I bought a new Outback at Sewell this week and it was a great experience. Lindsie in sales and Andrew in finance made the process smooth and stress free. Byron Robalino provided the best and most thorough walk-through I've ever had. I highly recommend Sewell. For what it's worth, I'm a regular consumer not connected with Sewell or the auto industry. I usually don't write reviews but this dealer deserves one. There were no games and they honored their commitments.

Sewell Lexus does not stand behind and honor its commitments

Sewell originally offered to repair my RX 330 with the total repair cost consisting of parts at their cost and labor costs at warranty labor costs. The price quote I received was extremely high so I asked for a list of parts and costs and labor costs associated with the repair. The prices for all the parts were above list price meaning I could go to Sewell's competitor and buy the parts at a lower cost. When I spoke to the service manager at Sewell he told me that he would not honor Sewell's commitment to repair my car with parts at Sewell's cost. The price for the labor was $176 per hour, An extremely high rate in my opinion. As Sewell Lexus' service dept will not honor its commitment I have no confidence that any other depts. of Sewell Lexus will honor any of their commitments. As I am in the market for a new car I can assure you I wont be purchasing one from Sewell Lexus.

Wow Customer Service

I didn't think customer service like this was still around! It was so easy to negotiate and the dealer did push us into buying a car like the Mercedes Benz Dealer did. Which we got 3 calls from to check up on how we were doing. Sewell Lexus thanks for everything.

The purchase of my 2005 Lexus 330ES was the best that I'd ever experienced! From the time that I walked in the door, until I drove away with my new car, Jeremy Kelly, Sales Representative, made me feel welcome and special. This feeling continues two years later during each of my thre to four times a month visits to the dealership (mostly for car washes, but always for scheduled maintenance).

Sewell Lexus

Service at Sewell is excellent! I wouldn't think of having anyone other than Sewell service my 2005 Lexus 330ES! The Service Representatives are courteous, responsive and attentive to my explanations as to what needs to be done. I have had Sewell do all of my periodic maintenance and body repairs (damaged bumper and door) to my complete satisfaction and surprise as to the reasonable charges for such service.
