Sewell and Scott Dulin are the best!!

onWe wanted to lease a new car for our daughter. She is a student at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville and her 2004 Escalade (purchased from Sewell almost 7 years ago) had close to 180,000 miles and was getting a bit rickety for those long drives. We came to Sewell at 5:45 on a Saturday evening, knowing that we only had a few minutes to look around before the dealership closed. We walked over to Scott Dulin's desk; we have worked with him on many transactions over the past years (including the Escalade purchase) and have always found him to be very professional and helpful. Well, he really outdid himself this time! We left Sewell around 9:20 that evening with a beautiful new Cadillac XT5. It was the color she wanted and had the packages she wanted. Never did we think we would be able to make that happen so late on a Saturday afternoon. But Scott persevered, continually telling us (as we kept apologizing for keeping him late) that he was happy to stay and do this for us. The new car is gorgeous! And Scott is fabulous!! Sewell is known for its service and Scott is one of the company's strongest assets!! We will definitely come back to work with him again!

Don't Buy

onI will never buy another vehicle from Sewell for as long as the current pre-owned Sales Manager works there. He is the most unprofessional, unethical person I have ever come in contact with at any dealership in the country. For all the customer service advertising Sewell is doing, I would have thought they would perform better. I would also like to mention, this is not a one time occurrence. This is an ongoing issue with Sewell. If you are thinking of purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Sewell, you have been warned!

onOn the first visit I received very poor service. I have taken my SUV back twice for a tire problem and it is still not fixed.
