The staff at Truck City Ford used car sales in Buda was truly amazing. Michael Forman, our salesperson, stayed with us every step of the way and answered all our questions. He and Andy worked out a great deal for us. The most impressive part was that we decided after a few days that the vehicle we chose (a really clean and high quality certified vehicle) wasn't really what we wanted and they honored their 7 day money back guarantee without hesitation. They took their time helping us to find something more to our liking, worked out another great deal, addressed all our concerns to our satisfaction, and now we're very happy with our choice. I highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a reliable and reasonably priced used vehicle.

At a time when everything in life feels crappy, purchasing my truck at Truck City Ford in Buda this week was NOT! Im impressed with the entire team and how they provided an experience that left me feeling happy and confident in the days following such a big decision. My salesman, Kimball Hayes was efficient, informative and, quite frankly, the most unique and accomadating salesperson i've ever dealt with. I wish every shopper could experience a salesperson as willing (or cares enough) to set his own stresses & influences aside so the customer gets the positivity, patience and attention they deserve. Kimball offers that. General Manager Scott Robinson, Manager Wesley Station and Mr Personality Kimball Hayes as a team made the, normally stressful, process smooth, uncomplicated and, dare I say, fun! Kudos to Eric Diaz my salesman for not giving up! Although it took me four months to find the deal that I wanted, Eric stayed in touch. His persistence worked. I could think of better places to spend New Year eve but the deal was worth it. Everyone there were easy going, no bait and swap or hidden expenses. I would recommend to family and friends that Truck City Ford in Buda TX is the place to go.

From the first email asking if truck was still on the lot I received a fast response! Coming From Houston Texas to Austin to see the truck. Joy Meyer had the truck washed, sitting at the entrance and even filled the truck with diesel to full. She was very knowledgeable on all the truck features. Joy made the buying experience fun, always smiling and cracking jokes with us. Thanks for making our trip and new truck purchase fun and pleasurable

Wow, let me start by letting the public know, I walked into truck city ford, Buda, Texas with not so good a credit score and some, let me just say, my credit report could use some help. The sales staff. One in particular, Mike Colgan, he was professional, knowledgeable, polite, and went the extra mile to make sure I got into the vehicle i wanted and worked with the financial department that i was accepted by one of there many financial institutions with the best percentage rate they could get me. Mike Colgan listen to my needs wants, and month ly payments i could afford. Not a penny over. Thanks Truck City Ford for making my car buying experience wonderful. I will never use anybody else. I loved my 2013 Ford F-150 that Eddie Haddad sold me. I was just going to stop in to look at the new 10 speed transmission I'd read about. Before I realized it Marie and Eddie had gotten me in a brand new 2016 Ford F-150 Sport! They are great folks. Always make me feel good about such a big purchase! And the finance folks ,Wesley in my case, are great too. Ford had such a great product. Really a marvel in engineering! Great experience! Easy, breezy.

Dylan was fun to work with while purchasing our new F-250. We initially were just looking and trying to get an idea of how we needed to organize ourselves financially to make a new truck happen for us. Dylan and the general manager made sure we got the best deal available by asking all the right questions to see if we qualified for the various rebates available. From the time we walked on the lot until the time we left with our new truck, we felt like we were taken care of. We mainly enjoyed the experience because of the comfortable atmosphere and the lack of "typical saleman pushiness". Thanks again Dylan and Truck City Ford!!

It was my first time purchasing a vehicle and Joy and Mike at Truck City provided GREAT customer service. They answered my questions, gave me details when needed and also gave me further advice on taking care of the vehicle. I was able to drive off the lot in my desired vehicle and it felt great to do so. If I were to get another vehicle, I would go back to Truck City.
