Put on a part had to go to dealership

Was not happy. Had to wait on a part for 3 weeks. Had to drop off paper work. Was told that when I come in they would change the oil and touch some spots that didn’t happen

Worst dealership I ever dealt with. They gave me inaccurate estimates on service repairs and cost. Claimed that I need items repaired on my car that were working fine. Always take for a second opinion. Quoted me cost of over $7000 in repairs on different items that were unnecessary.

I am new to the area of Brenham and took my car in for a checkup. My Denali had near 40,000 miles on it and I asked them about a 30,000 mile interval check up...I was told no one did those anymore. I also told them to check a noise in my breaks...I was told they were just fine. Shortly thereafter I began receiving the recall notices on the breaks and the tires as well as the fact that I was ready for a 30,000 mile special service, interval checkup! I was very disappointed and will never take anything to this dealership again. The gentleman who helped me was very courteous...but was of no use in the final analysis. The dealership was also very, very disorganized and actually dirty. Not some place you wanted to sit and wait on an automobile to be checked out.
