I was shopping all of the Ford dealers in town looking for the best deal on a new 2011 truck. I was working with the internet department of each since I didn't want to deal with the hassle of coming in and being assaulted by salespeople. I knew what I wanted and I knew how much I wanted to pay. One dealership located up north decided to not include the delivery fee (close to $1k) in any of their price quotes, which all other dealers included in their price quotes. They also got all butt hurt when they found out I was shopping dealers. Another dealer tried to lowball me on the trade-in appraisal, claiming that was the best quote I was going to get in the whole state - obviously not. LJ on the other hand gave me a straight up price/discount, that they honored, found me a truck that was what I was looking for and didn't try to screw me on my trade. They were fairly responsive to e-mails, I spent a rather minimal amount of time at the dealership before it was time to sign and the whole process was rather straightforward and pain free. I would definitely recommend them.
