Vandergriff Chevrolet Service Writer Curtis met me at 0615 and had arranged for a loner while my 2011 Traverse was in the shop for the 60k service. Work was completed as promised and I was notifed as promised upon completion. Nice job Curtis above and beyond regular customer service!
