Jake was my sales rep. Looked at a 2012 Ford Escape. He was totally upfront and honest through the entire process. Sticker price was $2k higher than online quote from TrueCar and the dealership honored it without hesitation. Inspected the vehicle at 6:00pm and took the vehicle home at 9:30pm. My own mechanic inspected the vehicle and passed it with flying colors. Got an excellent trade in allowance and they beat my own brought in finance rate. The only thing I didn't like - and I understand it's the finance guy's job - is the pressure to buy a package I didn't need as my insurance covers 80% of what he tried to sell me. "No, thank you" means NO.
