Poor Business Skills

We emailed back & forth with a sales person on a particular vehicle. Told them on a Saturday (1 hr before closing) we were coming down on that Monday to purchase the vehicle. The sales person said come on down. We made the 4 hour drive to the dealership, arriving Sunday night. We decided to drive through the lot just to check it out & the car wasn't on the lot!!! We texted his personal phone # & got NO response at all!! So Monday morning we talked to them at the dealership & found out they had sold the car already! They were not even very apologetic! I'm pretty sure most people would feel pretty bad if someone drove 4 hrs for no reason!! They were not at all accomodating & basically took no responsibility for the inconvenience!! I wouldn't buy anything from these people or trust them!! You assume because they are a Ford dealership, they would be trustworthy but these jokers can't even figure out if they still have a car on their lot for sale! And this is Tuesday & they still haven't even taken the car off of their website!!

best experience ever at a car dealer

We bought a Ford Explorer Sport 4WD with eco-boost and I love it. Buying this vehicle from this dealership was the best experience I have ever had at any dealership. My salesperson Eric Cavener was super, not pushy, and knew all the details of the car and explained everything patiently. He had to leave for a bit and Mr. Jeanette finished writing up our deal. After all the negotiations and the deal was done, he took us out to the car and showed us how to work everything and synched my phone up. Both men were so kind and patient. And Mike in the financing department was very helpful and not pushy about the extended warranty. All in all, this was the most perfect car dealing we've ever done.

Took me for a HOT terrible ride

When we first moved to this area, I purchased a used car from this dealer. It looked and seemed to run great, but... It kept blowing fuses. It was HOT and it killed the air conditioner. After 9 days and 5 HOT trips to the dealer... Before I asked, they told me "You Are not getting a refund" I was trapped by time so I gave them $2000.00 to take it back. Now I realize that with legal help They would have acted differently. I would never recommend this dealer to anyone. "They took me in and did me wrong".
