I bought a Nissan Titan from Jones Ford. Worst mistake ever. The truck started to shake on the way home. They fixed it. I noticed a big black spot in the paint on the passenger door and and was told by Daniel that they wouldn't fix every nit picky little thing. The manager said they would, so they did. Then i wanted to re finance for a way lower rate, and Daniel gave me a talking to and accused my loan manager of slandering Jones Ford.(she didnt) Now my truck is in the shop with the transmission slipping. When I buy a 2 year old truck for 27,000,that's what I expect to get!I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Jones Ford. EVER! They sold me a lemon!
