I love how friendly the staff is. I love that when I bring my vehicle in for service or work that it ACTUALLY GETS DONE and DONE CORRECTLY WITHOUT TEARING UP MORE STUFF!!! I travel almost 2 hours to get service here.

Mr. Patterson was wonderful! He was very pleasant to work with and kept his word about everything he said he would do. That’s huge to me! Also, I have to brag on their detailing department! I purchased a used car that had only been on the lot a few days. The prior owner was a smoker and also very messy! The detailing department at Peppers (in Paris Tn.) not only removed all the stains from the upholstery, but got at least 90% of the smokers smell out!! No one can remove this 100% but man, they got close! (Mr. Patterson said they would) Best all-around team! Thanks so much!!!
