Unfortunately I can't recommend Honda of Morristown for buying a new or used car. This is my third try with them and needless to say the sales team is below average. I have tried to stay local and unfortunately my last dealing with them only confirmed my reason for going to Rusty Wallace Honda of Knox for my first two new car purchases. From the sales team all the way to the top with management, Honda of Morristown is extremely unprofessional, they do not stand behind commitments, and will tell you whatever you want to get you to sign. To go in to detail would be a waste of time and more than you want to know however, I would highly recommend checking out Rusty Wallace in Knoxville before signing ANYTHING at Honda of Morristown NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU! The service department has always been great however, anyone in sales, management and the people that do paperwork is a joke. Don't waste your time. Get the quality, treatment and service you deserve and take the extra step by going to Knoxville. I promise it is well worth the drive!

After shopping around locally for a new 2019 Honda CR-V EX-L AWD, and feeling frustrated, we found Honda Morristown! It was a short 1 hour drive from home, but well worth the trip! From our first interaction with Clint Hawk, via email, we could not have more pleased! The integrity, professionalism, and concern he displayed throughout the entire process was outstanding! He was transparent, and straight-forward. We never felt haggled, or sold. This gentleman is an asset to Honda Morristown, and Honda Motor Company.

I went looking for a used Kia...drove it and did not like it. Asked for my deposit back. Greg was the person in charge of doing that. He asked me to just sit in the CR V in the show room. It was so nice. I asked if he had red. He called Brandon, my salesman, asking him to bring that car up. To my surprise it was a Garnet color. I am Florida State University Alumni...love the color. Drove it. There was no pushing just, kind and caring sales. I have a 5x8 enclosed trailer. I was worried about pulling it up the mountains as I live in NC for 5 months and 7 in Florida. On Facebook I asked my friends for comments. My engineer high school classmate said no worry. I must say this car is so much fun to drive, handles the curves with ease. Runs up the mountains with ease. It was a long ride from Highlands, NC but so worth the trip. Brandon took time to show me how to work all the parts of the car. He has called me to see if I had any questions since I purchased. I have plenty of room for my 4 yorkies and one cute cat.

This is our third Honda Accord and we enjoyed the relaxed experience of our car purchase.Salesman John Wilson quickly found the car and color we wanted and it was delivered within three days. Kibbie McCoy helped us with accessories and he gave a very thorough walk-thru of all the operating features of our new Honda. We were very satisfied with the dealer installed accessories on our first scheduled appointment.
