No sales support at this dealership

onDuring the purchasing process there was all kind of assistance and smiling people. Since then nothing but grief. It took 3 + week for the service department to find time to install the towing package that was part of the deal. Then I find out after a months worth of correspondence about my license plate that they transferred my plate from a vehicle that I didn't trade in to the new one So I was driving two illegal vehicles. I took a week to fix the non trade-in. Now after another weekI called again the find out they have plates for me, yay! So I explain to Kristy that I can't come in and pick because I work all day and can get there before they close. So she FedEx to me with a signature required. I could scream!! I'm at work all day no one is at my home to sign for them. I if wasn't at work I would pick them up. So I still have no plates, who knows when I will. One thing I can tell you that no one at this dealership cares, just ask the lady that answers the phone! I would hate to be a salesperson working there with that little support. I know another thing I'm hating being their customer.

onWe just purchased a 2018 Ford Explorer from the Madison location. Kenny had reached out earlier in the week regarding the Upgrade program. Initially, I was a bit skeptical, but after meeting with Kenny, my husband and I walked away with a brand new vehicle! Kenny was extremely patient while I asked a million questions and combed through every detail. If you're looking for a new vehicle, I highly recommend that you go see Kenny at the Madison Town & Country location.

onI bought a Ford Taurus and they talk a great one. I got home after I bought my car and looked at their used cars for pics of mine and guess what they charged me $2000 more then what is listed for my car on their website. Lesson learned!

onI didn't receive my registration until a month in a half after purchasing vehicle.I did not get a Manuel book for my car.I haven't received anything in the mail dating I Gerry three first oil change free.I didn't get a thank you letter thanking me four my purchase life Ford of Murfreesboro did.

Harm to my business

onI purchased a vehicle 4/15 and they did not begin registration process til I called 5/13 because my plates were expiring. They sent a new temp tag but did not forward registration documents to my County of residence until 6/2 ( I have dated copies.) Now my commercial vehicle is illegal because they are refusing to renew my temp tags. Told me to "take responsibility" ..... this matter was out of my hands entirely, and this will cause harm to my business. My advice- don't let them handle the paperwork, they'll pass the buck when it's too late for you to do anything about it.

Great Customer Service

onI left another dealership about five minutes prior to seeing Ronnie Crawford. I really wanted a car, at that dealership. But the prices just wasn't there. So my husband said let's go down the road. We told the other dealership to look at the numbers and give me a call in the meantime. So we go do the road to Town and Country and was greeted by a very friendly man! Now it was a cold day, and being a woman on a mission to get a new SUV, I wasn't thinking about the cold! I looked at a few and drove them. He would have to go in each time to get the keys, he didn't complain. He always had a smile on his face. If I or my husband had questions about any of the vehicles he had the answers. I made my decision on the one I wanted and we went in to do the paperwork, which went fast! Got what I wanted out of my trade in! Now my note is what the finance manager came out and shook my hand and looked me in the eyes and said "even Steven" for!! Now when it's time for another one for my family Town and Country is where I will be going!! If Ronnie Crawford is there he will be my salesman again! Thanks!!!

onAfter a very upsetting visit to another Ford dealer (in Franklin, TN) Edmunds directed us to Town and Country with a deal they had on a 2015 Escape. The sales manager called and discussed our needs and invited us to come up and look and promised we would get excellent treatment...and we sure did!!!! When we arrived they had already pulled the Escape we had discussed up front for us and we were greeted immediately. The sales consultant Ronnie Allbright showed us all the features and discussed our options with us, answered all our questions, and gave us all the tine we needed. We bought the Escape and Ronnie even set up my phone through the SUV's system so I can answer calls handsfree. I would have NEVER figured that out on my own so I REALLY appreciated that. If you are looking for a Ford, its well worth the short drive to Madison to buy from a dealer who puts their customers first. We are just so pleased.
