Excellent time management and organization. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous staff!!! I had my elderly mom with me at pickup and the guys were even kind to her and assisted with her opening doors, offered water etc.

2024 MDX Type S Advance

No pressure sales. Steve Rhea followed through with all my questions and answers. I left feeling satisfied with my purchase. I bought a vechile previously from him at the dealership and sent a simplified email asking about said vechile. I showed up the next day and he had the one I asked about already ready to show but decided on a different color. I left with the different color I had chosen.

I was a little apprehensive since this was first time service at this dealer, but it couldn't have gone any better. Very nice staff, no surprises with billing and surprisingly fast service. It was actually enjoyable dealing with Harper service. Was also impressed with the way wheel alignment is checked as you drive into service reception bay. Very cool machine.

Exactly what you want in a car dealership

I’m the person who dreads purchasing a car. I hate the haggling, the endless drama of the dealership trying to milk me out of more money, the hours it takes while the nickel and dining occurs. The good news is none of that occurred Harper Acura. It was actually the opposite of that. Straight forward pricing, straightforward discussion on costs, and a very pleasant experience. Thank you Harper Acura for being a dealership that believes in a customer first experience.

They were quick to get to my car and kept me updated through the time that i waited for it to be services. The free snacks and drinks were a plus as it was during lunch and i did not have another ride or loaner. They were kind and werent pushy on anything during my time there.

Pleasant Experience

I did not have any issues with the purchase of my vehicle, I worked on numbers via email from my couch before even test driving the car, since I had drove 5 different Acuras all for extended periods of time before finding Harper, I knew what to expect and not to expect when finally arriving at the dealership to test drive the car. I will say it took quite a while to finalize everything, especially since negotiations had already been done and a price agreed on, I did not expect to be there for over 2 hours, I could only imagine how long I would have been there if I had to negotiate that same day, and lets just say, I would not go about buying a car any other way. While some of the staff in the sales department can come across as snooty (which i found odd given I was buying an Acura) my salesman was very friendly and easy to talk to. He also had the car cleaned and gassed up when I got there.

Buying Experience for 2007 TL

My wife and I traded an MDX to purchase a TL. Overall good experience but typical of car buying with back and forth on price, involving multiple sales people. Since there are no other Acura dealers close by if you want an Acura in Knoxville this is the only place to buy one so prices are higher than other places in the country. Lack of competitive drives price up.We got low end on trade in offer which I wanted to walk away from but my wife wanted the TL. Delivery of the vehicle was a good experience with all the operations explained to my wife who loves her TL-in her words the best car she has ever owned. Sales people were friendly and very honest about competitor vehicles versus their products. Great waiting area with snacks and good coffee! There is no pressure to buy people are there to help. I've gone back and driven other Acura vehicles and I'm always welcomed. My wife's recent service experience was excellent. It was raining so she drove right into the garage picked up a loaner and was on her way. Quick turn around. By the way there are Infiniti, Audi, Porsche, VW dealers right next door if you want to compare. But we favor Acura. Ok inventory.
