Excellent Sales Experience-Again

I just wanted to take a moment to acknowledge Wallace Volkswagen and Stan H. I have now purchased four Volkswagens from him. I don't know what I will do if Stan ever retires! He is honest and forthright. I trust him which I believe is important in purchasing a new vehicle. Stan knows I don't want to hear a lot of "talk" I know what I want and that's that. The staff is amazing as well; the used car manager took the time to help me the following day locating items I had inadvertently left in the trunk. Items I needed for work, he had them waiting for me when I came by. I know one day Stan will not be there and I hope I will be able to find the same connection as I did with Stan. This is my thrrd purchase from Glen L. at Wallace (two VW's and a Subaru). I guess we've established a relationship. I trust this guy. Yes, he wants to sell me a car, but he and the management respect how careful I like to be. I used a lot of their time and they were always patient and professional. I drove a lot of cars, several more than once. They gave me a fair price for my trade and a good discount off of the MSRP. The business office where all the paperwork happened was crisp and easy.
