Great buying experience

Just purchased a new Subaru Outback from Wallace in Johnson City. This was an absolute no pressure sales experience which I have found rare in my automobile buying experiences. The staff there were all very helpful and Stan, the sales rep we were working with, was very knowledgeable and answered all our many questions. He went the extra mile to make sure that we understood all the options on the car before we left the lot. We received good value for our trade in and the dealership was willing to negotiate on the price of the car. This sales experience took place over two separate visits. The first time we went on the lot we test drove the car and received absolutely no pressure from any of the staff to make a purchase decision. When we went back the scenario was the same although we went back with the intent to purchase!! Of course, we have had no need as of yet for their service department but there is a nice large waiting area available when service is needed. All in all, I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone looking to buy an import in the surrounding area.

New Subaru

Insist on ignoring the silly side sticker that adds 2+ grand of pure profit. I was charged an $80.00 "business tax" and was told it is a required tax to be collected for the county.. and I was charged sales tax on the "business tax". I'm checking with the County Finance to see if that is fact or crap.... Otherwise, the salesman was workable and I was pleased with the sales part of the transaction....
