Excellent customer service

onToday is the 1 year anniversary of buying my wonderful MB GL450 at MB of Nashville. I have been extremely happy with the car (a CPO used GL450) and MB of Nashville. Beatrix Mohsenin, my sales person, was always welcoming, and she patiently and pleasantly answered all of my inquiries before I finally decided to purchase a MB vehicle. She is extremely knowledgeable and not your "typical" car sales person. You can tell that she sincerely loves the MB cars and that she wants the potential customer to feel the same based on knowledge and appeal of the car. I looked at many different brands of cars in the same price range and dealerships in my quest for a car. Beatrix Mohsenin's sales approach and traits are the example of what every car sales person should strive toward, as her goal is customer satisfaction. As a female customer, many dealerships treat you as though you are stupid about cars, which I am not. I have never been treated in a condescending manner by anyone at MB of Nashville. Everyone at MB of Nashville that I have encountered over the past year has given excellent customer service, from the sales person, to the service department, to the drivers for the shuttle service, to the office staff. I truly value customer service and appreciate MB of Nashville for their dedication to MB (present and potential) customers.
