I bought my car 2014 E350 Convertible from a Ford dealer after guy decided he would rather have a truck. Needless to say my salesman didn't know much about the vechicle and pretty much just handed me the manual and wished me good luck. After spending a little over a month trying to figure it out I decided to go to this dealership. I was lucky enough to be assigned Beatrix M. She sat with me in my car and went over the details as if a sale depended on it. She even took me to the service area and introduced me around. She was very knowledable but more important she was friendly. I can't say enouch about Bea and encourage everyone to ask for her. You have a jewel in this woman!
