Shady business practices

onThey wouldn’t send me a quote on a car. Why would I spend $40k+ on something without seeing it in writing? They are also adding more to the price of the car with unoptional after market additions. I was told this is because they are not inflating prices on the base car, and it is required per company policy. So instead of an increased msrp price, you are required to pay around $2k for tint and various coatings they put on the car once they recieve it. Very disappointed, I just wanted a new car at a fair price. When I was told, “we don’t send out the door quotes because our prices are already competitive and people are taking the quotes elsewhere trying to get better prices.” I decided to take my business elsewhere. This is a shady business tactic no one should tolerate.

onI have used this dealership since moving to this area (13 years). I have found a place where I feel like family. They are fair, honest and deliver what they say. I relocated to the area driving a Honda when Infound Honda of Cleveland. I have purchased 2 more new vehicles and ALL my service is provided by this dealership. I drive over an hour (one way) to get here and won't go anywhere else unless Honda Of Cleveland is inaccessible. Can't recommend them enough. I love my service adviser - Mark Duncan!!!

onI wanted to schedule my 2011 Honda for the 105k mile service. I called just at quitting time and left a message. Mark Duncan called me back after his regular quitting time to make sure I got in for maintenance on what was fairly short notice. I took the vehicle in and was given a loaner. I explained to Mark that I had to leave town that afternoon and he told me if my car was not ready, I could use the loaner until I picked my car up a few days later. I told him to go ahead and service the front brakes. My car was like a shiny new penny when I picked it up. Everything ran smoothly and the brakes stop the car without vibration. Excellent work. All-in-all, the best service experience I have had from any dealer.
