My husband has health limitations and can’t go car shopping. We needed a van for many reasons. I picked out a Chrysler Pacifica online and Daniel Kerr quickly reached out. Within 1 day he had everything done via electronic communication, brought the van to our home for test drive and evaluated our trade in. He was very professional and patient. Within a few hours we were signing final paperwork and driving our new Pacifica. We are very pleased with our experience. Staff was great. Give Daniel Kerr a call you won’t regret it.

He was friendly and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase/lease. Bad servive

I took my 2008 jeep wrangler in for a check engine light.Crown said it was a bad catalytic converter although it was only 2 months old.Said it was $3500.00 to fix.I then took it to a muffler shop they said there is nothing wrong with the converters just a bad o2 sensor fixed my problems for $98.00.Why would anybody go to this place just run.

Gas in deisel fuel tank!

Thanks to Alex Lively (mechanic) Trevor Gant (service mgr) for everything they did for me to correct the problem. This is the best service dept I have ever been to and I am 72 and have used many dealerships in my life time!!! I would recommend this dealer no matter how far you have to drive!!! Thanks Crown RAM. My RAM 2500 is doing great!! This dealership got me back on the road as we were traveling from Gatlinburg to Birmingham, Alabama. What a FREAT EXPERIENCE!!!

Having just moved from out of state, I was very happy at how quickly a service appointment was made for my Ram 1500 4X4, ecodiesel. Also, I made a last minute maintenance request and it was promptly arranged. I do not remember the last name but the service person who took care of my appointment was Thomas. Not only was service accomplished with care and courtesy, a potential hazardous safety issue was noticed and brought to my attention and subsequently repaired. I am very pleased with all who ensured my experience was positive. Special thanks should go to Thomas, Dave, and Marguerite. This dealership has my customer loyalty. Thank you to a great team.

This dealership excelled in ALL catagories while most still fail. They blew the competition out of the water. If you are looking for the best value for your trade or best price, NO ONE CAN BEAT THESE GUYS .You can shop the rest but you can't top the best .

New 2020 Ram Longhorn purchase

I worked with Matt Johnson to purchase my new RAM 1500 longhorn. This was the smoothest transaction that I done in a while. All of the negotiations were done via text messages.
