Above and beyond expectations

My wife and I had an extremely positive experience with Land Rover Chattanooga. We worked out an agreement with Jack Wilson to purchase a LR4 with what we had expected would be a factory DVD player that still needed to be installed. It turns out the dealership was only able to get the aftermarket version. We had already purchased the vehicle and put 2,000 miles on it when we discovered this didn't work. Our son has hearing aids and is unable to use headphones and my wife has to take him to many doctor appointments out of town and can't work an aftermarket DVD from the front seat. We brought these concerns to Jack Wilson and he took them to his manager (James). James without a second thought or even a call from us asked Jack to get us a new LR4 with the factory DVD. He took our old car back and the dealership ate the expense of the miles and the different in cost. Jack and James earned customers for life. I highly recommend working with this dealership.

Great Experience buying my Range Rover

I finally found an automobile sales person that I really like and trust. Jack Wilson, of Land Rover Chattanooga did an outstanding job of answering countless questions. He worked for months to find me the exact auto that fit my families needs. He is not pushy and wants the customer to be happy. I had a great experience and I love this Rover. I own a Mercedes and this car is every bit as nice and luxurious. Plus I enjoy driving it. I highly recommed Jack Wilson and RR of Chattanooga. Mike B.-businessman and pilot

arrogant management

The sales person and service advisor were very nice but the general manager did not seek to hear or understand my problems that I'd had with the vehicle. He waited until the end and stepped in and say I should buy another brand of vehicle. I was astounded at how he chose to treat my situation.
