Burns Chevrolet

First, let me say that I have not had a bad experience buying a car from a dealer since 1969 when I bought my first new car, while in the Air Force. And I have bought cars from family, friends, on ebay; and even inherited a car. On June 20,2016; at the age of 72,buying a Cruze from Burns Chevrolet Cadillac in Rock Hill, SC, was the best car buying experience of my life. And it's the second car I have bought from Burns. The team that worked with me was awesome; from Freddi Smalls' wonderful telephone presence, to Scott Rehfeldt's expertise and personality, to Adam Collins knowledge and willingness to help anyone when they walked up to him with questions. Everyone made my wife and I feel like visiting royalty. To me it was evident that they were there to help us find the right car, for us. All this plus the outstanding Cruze that my wife settled on and the amazing pricing made us excited and stress free about the purchase. We know they will be there for us in the future.
