2023 Ford Bronco Outer Banks

Caleb was the main employee I dealt with and he was great. Only glitch was with the financial guy who took forever to get me out of there. I got there at 3:30 PM, was ready to go at 5:30 but did not leave the dealership until 8:00 PM. Ugh!

I had 2 Ford Focus's that had bad transmissions in them. I had them both repurchased through the lemon law and Ford Reaquired Vehicles. I would like to thank John David Paglio for all he did for me, it was a very complicated process and John David would have done anything to help me and did a lot to keep me a Ford customer. Ford eventually came through for me, but it was a long process, thanks John David and Ford Motor Company. Brian V

Had an 8:30am service appointment for a recall didnt leave there until 4:00pm. They let other car came after me and leave before me why an appointment was scheduled because they didn't follow there times.... P.s. pissed off ford owner

Prompt service to correct a factory issue

Tidelands made an appointment for the day after I called them. I decided to wait for my car and when it was running longer than expected, I talked to them about a loaner car if necessary. This was not a problem for them but my car was fixed within the required time frame and after testing for a couple weeks, the problem was completely corrected

Not trust worthy

AC stop blowing cold after 6 hours of an 8 hour trip. Felt like it was AC charge issue but was told it needed $750 service. Took it to C&G Auto for Carmax warranty and they fixed for $81. I recommend C&G Auto, not Tidelands.

INVENTORY SPECIALIST ! REALLY WHAT A JOKE ! ! (like to meet this guy)

Went on site looking for a F350 Lariat or King Ranch / SRWD, either used or NEW I couldn't get onto there inventory site it doesn't allowed it. It just kept showing me the same truck over and over no mater what I tried. I then text the help guy and informed him EXACTLY WHAT I AM LOOKING FOR ! ! ! He comes back with the same truck that comes up every signal time .As I told him READ THE TEXT and you will see what I am looking for rather than asking me the same question over and over. Final he asked me what is your phone number I told him I am on line looking to fine what I want before getting into talking to a sales person. He then states a INVENTORY SPECIALIST will call me. THIS GUY Just DOES NOT LISTEN. Then I start getting this long waiting period in between messages before he would reply. SO DON"T EVEN TRY THIS DEALER IT APPEAR"S more of give me your number so I can call and apply our pressure to get you to shop at our dealership. Well for me if iIcan't even look at the inventory then why do i want you to bother having you call could it be hey mister sales guy could you please harassed me ! Oh yes don"t listen to what I have to say just sell me something I don't want . Then I never get the service i need since I can't even get service

Fantastic Service from this top notch dealer

Just wanted to say thank you to a few people I dealt with while purchasing a Vehicle at this Dealer. last month I purchased a Vehicle that was recently traded into the dealer and the transaction was flawless. I just happen to see the post on Cargurus the second it went on there and since it had no photos yet, I first spoke with a gentleman named Tony in Internet sales and he was kind enough to send me a few photos and was very helpful with my questions. I then spoke with Eddie in sales and he was a true professional. It was a bit tricky for me since I was 15 hrs away out of state so I had tons of questions but Eddie handled all my questions and he handled all the paperwork needed over the phone and text. After a few days and a long 15 hr trip, I met with Eddie at the dealer and we went over the car and test drove it and I was in and out in no time since Eddie already had everything ready for me. A big thanks to Eddie in the sales department for being able to hold the vehicle for me and for the great professional service. A big thanks also to Daniel in Finance for making the process very easy for me to purchase also. I also would like to extend my thanks to Aline in the front office. I ran into an issue with registering the vehicle back home but Aline in the front office was able to send me the needed paperwork overnight and I was able to register my car. Thank you to the great people I dealt with in the transaction. What a great Dealer.
