Like most consumers buying an automobile, I always feel less than satisfied after such a big purchase wondering if I just got taken to the cleaners. After dealing with James M, initially felt only moderately satisfied with the price agreement. However my opinion changed after the experience I had the following week when I purchased another vehicle from a different dealer. At the end of the price point agreement there suddenly appeared an additional $925.00 in fees which they did not negotiate. At Dick Brooks Honda, James was very forth coming and transparent with any additional charges which were minimal compared to the aforementioned dealer. This additional charge was put forward at the front of our conversation not after the negotiation was deemed completed. Furthermore, there was no pressure to make a deal. I recommend doing business with James M who represents honesty and integrity for Dick Brooks Honda, something that is missing in many facets of this industry.
