Our 2009 135i would not run smoothly. We took the car to this dealership to have it diagnosed. They had the car for an entire day and when we returned they said it was "possibly fixed". Within a few weeks the same problem returned. We almost didn't make it to the dealership as the car was running so poorly. This time they said they need to keep the car for a "couple days" to "diagnose the problem". When we complained they said that there was a "factory recall" on the fuel pump and it should have been changed the first time we visited them. They did not apologize just said that they needed to keep the car for a couple of days. We live over 50 miles from this dealership so making the trip back home was not going to happen as they would not give us a loaner. After much discussion they decided to fix the car that day and they took us to the mall by shuttle. We are not shoppers so this was not really a good option but it was that or sitting in the dealership all day. Additionally, when we returned the car at the end of our lease we were charged $600 for new tires. There was only 12,000 miles on the car and it needed new tires! this means that if you keep a car for a 3 year lease and drive it the allotted miles you will have to replace the tires 3 times during the lease! Not a good value when in our case about 200 miles were put on the car just taking it in for issues that should have never occurred. Also, the only person at this dealership who could accept the car did not return our calls and we had to work around her schedule. We are done with BMW!
