onI purchased a used 2002 Lincoln LS from Century BMW and had unforeseen issues with the car two weeks after purchase.
Tommy K was very helpful in making me feel appreciated as a customer as working with me to find a mutually beneficial solution.

I would first like to apologize for your inconvenience and hope we find something to remedy this situation. Please remember we do a thorough check on each Pre-Owned vehicle sold at Century BMW. After our check you took the vehicle to your own mechanic for a thorough check and it passed with flying colors, so you decided to purchase. The last thing that we want is an upset customer so please give us the opportunity to make this situation better for you and your family.
