My first time at the dealership was to test drive a Ford Escape SE. Don was my experience guide and he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. We had a great test drive on a course that involved both highway driving and a twisty back road. When I returned to buy the vehicle, Jayda Hinkle was my experience guide. She patiently answered any questions I had and took her time explaining the features of my Escape. I'll never forget Jayda, in the driving rain, transferring my license tag from my trade in to my new 2016 Ford Escape SE.
