Rocky Road Pain Train

I had two windshields cracked by road rocks within a month that had to be replaced on a 2020 Pilot. As you can imagine, it was irritating. The silver lining was Chris Frazier in services. He worked with the insurance company and completed the work with Honda parts, camera calibrations etc.resulting in an excellent result....TWICE ! These guys have performed to my picky standards.

Amanda McDaniel did an excellent job in scheduling, assisting and even helped us with our Ridgeline which was driven by my wife to pick me up. Tires were low on air and she checked all tires and made sure air levels were okay.

Good experience but flawed

Randy Ryan, our salesman, was open, honest and well informed. There was none of the "car salesman sleaze" that we remember so well. The dealership was clean, the selection was the best in the region. That being said -- 1)We bought on July 13. NO dealer employee was wearing a mask. The only masks were on the customers. With the pandemic, no mask is disrespectful of the customer. 2)The last stop (F& I) was unpleasant. We paid cash. When we went in to do the paperwork, the Finance guy had unilaterally added extended warranty. When we declined he a)questioned our judgement, b)questioned the reliability of the NEW Honda and c) complained about having to redo the "doctored" paperwork. Turned a great experience into an OK experience
