This past Saturday which was Jan. 26th, my wife and I drove 6 hours from GA to SC to make a purchase we say online. From the beginning, we dealt with BJ out of the pre-owned department and he has given us nothing but outstanding service with the phone calls back and forth and was even nicer in person. Thanks for such awesome service that you provided us with BJ.

I can only say I had an awesome experience. Purchasing a new vehicle can be so stressful. Shane Henson was my salesman and kept me updated and contacted me on everything I needed. He was polite and stayed late when I decided to come pick my vehicle up sooner than expected. I would definitely recommend him to my friends. All the staff was great.

Shane and Billy were great to work with on my purchase of a new Ford F-150. The stayed late until they found the truck I wanted at a price I could afford. Also, the finance department had me in and out in less than 30min!

I called about a new vehicle that was listed on the Car Gurus Webpage for a certain price. They didn't honor that price. Avoided my phone calls regarding. Very disappointed in the shady dealings of this dealership.

on march 24 2014 I went to Benson ford to buy a truck I told the salesman I need a truck that had a v-8 to pull my trailer , the first truck they showed me had a v-8 4 doors but was out of my price range , the salesman then showed me a 2007 ford f-150 which was basic truck which I bought . I took the truck in for routine service on about 6/1/2014 and discovered it was a v-6 not a v-8 I talked with a the service manager who referred me to Mr. crow the general manager who said there was nothing I could do about it. after several times into Benson ford I decided on or about 12/27/2014 to take the truck to another dealer to sell it or trade it. Hendrix Honda looked at the truck and when they pulled a car fax report it said the truck was in a front end crash and they couldnt help me . Benson ford had hid that from me also. when I brought that up to Mr. crow he once again said there was nothing I could do about that . gm financial the bank that financed the loan also has the truck listed as a v-8
