John M is the man!

I recently purchased a 2011 Jeep and after only two weeks of driving it noticed it was starting to run sluggish and seemed to not have the same type of power. I was greated in the service drive by John M who listened to my concerns (repeated them back to me to make sure he was hearing exactly what I was telling him) and assured me that my new purchase was not going to be a bad one. The first technician that looked at it could not duplicate the problem and this was "unacceptable" to John M. He said he was going to involve the service director and they would get to the root of the problem. The next time I spoke to John M he told me that they had indeed duplicated the problem and knew what the problem was. Later that day I received a call from John M letting me know that my Jeep was fixed. I have not had any issues with it since I picked it up. I have been working in the retail customer service business for over 20 years and I know how customers are suposed to be treated. John M was exceptional from start to finish, keeping me informed the whole time and not just "settling" for the first answer. If it were not for his great attitude and his willingness to help people like me this could have turned out much differently. John M could have eaisly told me that the technician could not duplicate the problem and sent me on my way. Because John M did not do this he has my business from here on out. This is the first Jeep I have ever owned and I feel good knowing that John M is here to help me! When you go to Rick Hendrick Jeep Chrysler Dodge in Charleston, see John M...he is the man!!
