Balise Nissan

I bought a 09 Nissan Altima from this dealership and I am pretty pleased with my purchase. The price was right and it had all the options I was looking for in a vehicle. the really bad experience was with the person handling the finance paperwork. she tried to sell 5 different types of warranty which would increased the loan four thousand dollars more. I said no repeatedly but she got angry with me to the point that she called me crazy. I told my sales representative about the issue but I think he did not do anything about it. I know it is their job to sell me those warranties but they should not get angry for a denial. In addition, they took a long time to get all my paperwork ready. I had bought other cars in different dealerships and I have never had someone call me crazy or take a long time to do the finance paperwork.
