I wanted to have my oil changed and tires checked prior to my two week vacation. The customer service techs in Warwick at the Chevy Balise location went out of their way to make sure I had an appointment and was able to get the work completed prior to our departure date. I have always been very happy with the service. I would strongly recommend Balise Chevy Service.

Professional Service With No Gimmicks

Went in and saw Robert Pedretti about a Silverado 1500. He was very helpful at explaining the different styles of trucks and helping me to find one that was in my price range with the features I wanted. No hard sell tactics, no smoke and mirrors, just straightforward prices with a knowledgeable staff. Finance was also very helpful in getting my loan approved. Will be coming back to Balise and Rob when I need another Chevy.

I purchased two vehicles from Ben on 2/3/18. One for my wife and one for me. Honestly this has been one of the best experience I have had purchasing a car. Ben was very understandable and understood our financial needs. I did have a small slight problem not with the purchase of the car but the detail of my vehicle. I notice it was half done detail. I had mentioned to my salesman Ben and explained what I notice. He was very helpful and said let me talk to my manager Chip. He had gotten back to me and agreed to detail my car for me again at no charge. I have since picked up my vehicle and impressed with the service. I would highly recommend seeing Ben if you are looking for a new car or even trying to lower your monthly payments.

Not impressed with Chevrolet at all..!

The car we brought had scratches on it and a paint bubble on the front, the salesman said there's nothing he could even though we were told that it would be looking like new when I picked it up the next day.......and we had already signed our contract so could do nothing to complain, there was a few scratches inside the car one on the dash and one on the door panel, the plastic area which someone had tried to had tried to cover. I wasn't happy in any way with this as it was sold as a brand new car and obviously it wasn't.. I was told the sales manager has been driving it around hence the 2600 miles on it, so I assume that's where the scratches and paint chip had come from .. There was also a paint chip on the bonnet which we were assured would be taken out It wasn't I wouldn't recommend at all, as I wasn't and am still not happy after spending over spending over $50,000 and not even getting a branded mat for my new car, being promised I would and then being told that Chevrolet don't have any there at the main dealership... really..!!?!! Balise has provided me with the best car buying experience I have had in a long time. I got no hard sell at any point in the process. We came interested in looking at the Volt and we were given the opportunity to do just that, look and decide if this was the best option for me and my family. I went on to other dealerships to assess competing vehicles and always got a hard sell to the point I had to walk out of the dealership. Returned to Balise to test drive the Volt and was offered a great deal on the car and my trade. My sales representative Shawn was very knowledgeable about the product and was fantastic about laying out all of my pricing and financing options. Insurance agents at the dealership were able to assist in gaining the rider I needed to drive my purchase home the same day. I'm very happy with my purchase and would definitely recommend Balise to friends and family. Thanks for making car buying fun again!

Beware of this dealership. I purchased a brand new Toyota truck in Oct.2013 and did not inspect it thoroughly. It looked good BUT there was damage to the bumper . It was brought back and they tried to fix it . You can still see the damage. I purchased a new ,undamaged truck but received a damaged truck in return. I have made countless phone calls and visits to the dealership. The personnel there actually suggested that I pay to have it fixed. What is wrong with these people? They certainly do not stand behind their product. I definitely would not recommend this dealership to a friend. BUYER BEWARE!!!(or better yet- stay away)

9-30-2013 Balise Chevrolet Almost exactly one month ago my wife and I leased a new Chevy Traverse from this dealership and had one of the best car buying experiences ever. So today I decided to stop in and see what type of deal I could get on a Chevy Silverado. I owned a Nissan Frontier (purchased at Balise Nissan-great place also) and my miles were approaching 75K. I had an exact budget in mind and wasnt expecting them to come in where they did. Sales consultant Agha who worked with us in August greeted my and immediately asked about my children and wife. He is an absolute pleasure to work with no sales pitches just a genuine care about me and my family. After driving the truck (great conversation with Agha) I was very impressed with the vehicle. One of the other reasons I came back to Balise Chevy was Dan G. the sales manager who came over to discuss my truck and pricing. Talking to Dan is like talking to a friend you have known your whole life. I knew he was going to work hard to come in at a number I could live with and my wife wouldnt kill me with. Within a few minutes Dan and his team won me over with a great price and professionalism. Even when I was waiting I spoke to Ahmad another sales consultant about sports and playing soccer, never pushed the sale just talked about life. Once the my deal was completed I worked with Charlene on my final paperwork. Charlene is extremely pleasant and is to work with, she also asked about my kids who last time there tried to destroy her office. I can honestly say without a doubt doing business with that team made the car leasing experience stress free and refreshing. I will recommend anyone to Balise, from a great salesman (Agha) to a standup sales manager (Dan G.) their team takes any negative experience you may have had with other dealerships and throws it out the window. PLEASE consider Balise and see any of their team members for a memorable shopping experience. Thank you Dan, Agha, Charlene, and Ahmad for your time and friendship I couldnt be happier.

these people are [non-permissible content removed] nothing the say can be taken serious and when you ask for that in writting they say oh i cant do that so they will say anything that they can to get you to buy and will not honor any of it. I bought my 2008 saturn outlook with 32k miles on it in july 2011 when i asked for service records they only showed my half of them routien oil changes i only found this out yesterday when driving to new hampshire my transmission started overheating and slipping come to find out after getting to the dealer today it had a new tranny put in in april befor i bought for the same issues only 5000 miles it got on that new tranny which they never told me about so now it sits i'm with out a car while they put tranny number 3 in it if I had know this i woulda bought something different and because im the second owner of this car the buy back dosnt work for me. they also gave me a we owe paper with things on it they agreed they would give me like the car was full of scratches they put in writting they would paint the car if i bought it the bumper was cracked and falling off they put a new bumper in writting to also the stain gaurd for the seats i paid for and they never did i paid out of my pocket for the paint job and bumper. but still they have never even called me to set up a appoinment for the stain gaurd.I went there with my we owe paper and tryed to set up a services appoiment to get these things done and the new manager comes over and says to me I dont know who gave you this paper but i'm not going to honor that it will be way to much money to paint that car. Yet thats the only reason i bought it cause they agreed to paint it and never mind the fact the kept the transmission problems to there selfs when they clearly knew cause they are the ones that paid to send it out to replace it. needless to say i'm stuck with a lemon that the transmission seems to go every 5000 miles with only 39k miles on it three trannys now I wont be buying from them every again
